Our pure Colorado honey is just that - absolutely pure, raw, and unfiltered honey straight from our hives in Colorado.  We never over-heat our honey to ensure that you taste honey as nature intended it to be!  The primary floral source of this honey is alfalfa, which gives it a smooth and buttery finish.
